Baseball Coach
Trinidad State Junior College seeks a Head Baseball Coach to develop, promote and implement all activities of the baseball program, including planning, organizing, recruiting and coaching of TSJC baseball team. The coach should instill the idea of academic excellence and team discipline in the student-athletes. The coach will also ensure compliance with College and NJCAA procedures and regulations.

Controller
The Controller has assigned responsibilities for the fiscal operations of Trinidad State Junior College in accordance with State law, regulations and institutional policy. The Controller’s responsibility includes the administration and monitoring of the College’s financial system in order to ensure finances are maintained in an accurate and timely manner in accordance with Colorado Community College System rules and regulations. The individual is responsible for the entire accounting function including supervising the general ledger, accounts payable and payroll of all funds, and for assisting with the budgetary process and other fiscal and business matters. The Controller reports to the Vice President of Administrative Services.

Director of Student Support Services – Trinidad Campus
The Director of Student Support Services (SSS) is responsible for the overall administration of the SSS Program including budget management, planning, supervising and evaluating professional staff, and overseeing recruitment and retention activities of Trinidad State’s Trinidad Campus SSS Program. SSS is a College-sponsored, federally funded program designed to assist qualified students in their pursuit of post-secondary education. The program is expected to be federally funded for a four-year period subject to annual continuation proposals for refunding. The position coordinates the operations of the Student Success Center. The position works closely with faculty, staff and students.

Housing Director
The Housing Director (HD) position at Trinidad State Junior College (TSJC) is a full-time (12 month), live-in professional position that carries responsibility for administering the residence life program. The HD works closely with student services to coordinate activities and ensure safety for students. The HD is expected to implement campus and institutional initiatives consistent with the mission of College. Night, evening and weekend hours are required. This position reports to the Vice President of Student Services. The position requires enthusiasm, strong work ethic and initiative while working collaboratively with others in the department and the college.

Recruiter & Admissions Specialist - Trinidad Campus
This person is directly responsible for the recruitment of traditional undergraduate and non-traditional students to the College. The position is based on the Trinidad Campus but travels in the service area, Colorado and surrounding states. The recruiter will manage all aspects of the admissions funnel for prospective students within an assigned geographic territory. Extensive travel (including evenings/overnights/weekends), valid driver's license or ability to arrange for transportation, and the ability to lift 10-15 pounds are expected. Develops, maintains, manages database of prospective students. Assists in planning, coordinating and executing recruiting and outreach promotions, activities and events. Works collaboratively with faculty, staff and external resources to achieve the Campus’ enrollment and outreach objectives. Position reports to the Director of Student Life, Recruiting and Outreach.

This individual is responsible for instruction in assigned classes according to established course model and syllabus and provides instruction to students on general Gunsmithing especially Stock Making, Machine Shop, Metal Finishing, Checkering and Custom Firearms Conversion work as applied to Gunsmithing. This position reports directly to the Dean of Career and Technical Education.
