Full-Time Positions:

Academic Coordinator for Upward Bound Math Science
The Academic Coordinator (AC) is a critical role in the TRiO Upward Bound Math Science (UBMS) Program at Trinidad State Junior College (TSJC) in Trinidad, Colorado. UBMS is a component of the federal TRIO Program which assists low-income, first-generation, 9th through 12th grade students through graduation from high school, and matriculation into post-secondary education. The Academic Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Project Director (PD) in achieving overall success of the UBMS Program at TSJC. This includes, but is not limited to, managing part-time tutors, site-coordinators instructors, and resident advisors during the six-week summer program and the academic year. The AC will also assist with the development of college preparatory science, math, English, foreign language, and elective curricula. Other duties include coordinating field trips, academic Saturday classes, and collaboration with the PD and key personnel in the target high schools to identify and recruit potential students.
