Pam is a Trinidad native who joins the Trinidad State family after 20 years of federal service. She has a BA in International Relations and Human Communication/Rhetoric from Regis University and a Juris Doctorate from University of Colorado School of Law. She was previously adjunct faculty at TSJC and Director of Forensics at Trinidad HS.
She is the proud mom of a college student and considers the Denver Broncos her religion!
