Your Spring Cleaning Checklist

Spring cleaning is a familiar and time-honored tradition. It’s a time to bravely face the dark corners of our closets, sweep the winter’s road dirt from our garage floor, and ready the yard for summer fun.

Spring is also a wonderful time to ‘clean up’ our estate plan.

There are many reasons to consider reviewing of your plans. The birth of new family members, the loss of a loved one, a marriage or divorce – even just to reconfirm that you still have the best person in place to make any medical or financial decisions on your behalf. It all matters.

As you prepare your spring cleaning checklist, consider adding one more item: “Review Estate Plan.” It could be one of the smartest things you do all year.
