AcademicAdvising
Professional advisors help you do more than build a class schedule — they confirm your requirements, track your progress toward graduation, and connect you to the resources that keep you on track.

How Advising Works
Three steps connect you with an advisor and clear the way to register for classes.
Contact Your Campus Team
Call or email the advising team on your campus below to set up an appointment. Advisors know the campus and the resources available to help you succeed.
Trinidad: 719-846-5026
Valley: 719-589-7296
Clear Your Advising Hold
All first-semester students have an Advising Hold placed on their account. It lifts once you talk with an advisor — this makes sure every new student completes the advising process before registering for classes.
Build Your Plan
Your advisor confirms your academic requirements and monitors your progress each semester — including if you decide to change your major.
Student Informational Videos
Short videos covering the tools, money, and habits that help new students get off to a strong start.
Where You Can Study
We currently have two TSC campus locations in stunning southern Colorado.
