Certificate — Agriculture Business

2 Semesters • Shorter pathway

A fast credential covering the core business and management skills needed for entry-level roles in agricultural enterprise.

Certificate — Advanced Agriculture Science

2 Semesters

Deepens scientific knowledge of agricultural systems. Ideal for students who want specialized credentials in the science side of the field.

Certificate — Animal Science

Valley Campus

Focused on livestock production, health, and management. Prepares students for careers in ranching, feedlots, and animal health services.

Certificate — Crop Science

2 Semesters

Covers soil science, plant biology, and crop production techniques. Ideal for careers in farming operations, agronomy, and crop consulting.

Agriculture Program Scholarships Available

Academic scholarships of $1,200 per semester (up to two semesters) are available to new incoming students enrolled in Agriculture Programs. Students must enroll in at least 15 credit hours per semester and maintain a 3.0 GPA or higher. Cumulative GPA is used for continuing eligibility.

Program Cost

Tuition rates are identical at Trinidad and Valley campuses. Fees vary slightly by campus and credit load — see the full schedule for exact per-term totals. Course-specific fees (lab materials, software, certification exams) vary by program and are charged per course. Estimates do not include books, supplies, or room and board. Rates are for 2025–2026 and subject to change.
