Three paths into a creative career
Every program transfers as a guaranteed Associate of Arts pathway to Colorado's public four-year schools. Select a program below for full course details.

Art History & Studio Art
A lively environment full of pathways for pursuing your art interests, blending traditional methods with contemporary theory and practice. Earn an A.A. with a designation in Studio Art or Art History.

Theatre
In-depth scholarly study and hands-on training for careers in theatre and entertainment, covering stage design, acting, directing, and creative writing for the stage. Work in small classes toward a full dramatic production each spring.

Technical Theatre
Learn the systems that make theatres work — stage design and management, lighting, sound reproduction, and costuming — preparing you for continued study or immediate careers supporting live entertainment.

Full-Tuition Scholarship
Visual & Performing Arts Scholarship
Trinidad State College is proud to offer full-tuition scholarships to students enrolled in Visual Art, Theatre, and Technical Theatre. The scholarship fully covers on-campus, in-state tuition and can be combined with other financial aid.
Eligibility: be a Colorado resident, be eligible to receive financial aid, and declare intent to pursue the degree for which the scholarship is awarded.
