A current history instructor at Trinidad State College, Kevin Eades currently teaches Colorado History, United States History, and World History. Before moving to Colorado, Kevin taught USA history in Texas.

While in Colorado, Kevin taught at Red Rocks Community College and Morgan Community College, as well as TSC. He earned a MA degree from Louisiana Tech University (2005) and a MBA degree from Millsaps College (1997). He attempted Ph.D. work at the University of North Texas.

A student of railroad history, he has delivered numerous talks on railroads in the Texas area and presented a case paper at the Business History Conference in 2013.
