For artists, designers, hobbyists, and makers interested in 3D modeling and printing..
- Learn Blender, a powerful open-source 3D modeling software.
- Design printable 3D models from scratch.
- Understand the 3D printing process, materials, and techniques.
- Print and take home a custom-designed 3D object.
Cost $100 - payable at the time of registration
- Blender is a public project hosted on blender.org, licensed as GNU GPL, owned by its contributors. Blender is Free and Open Source software. It was used to produce the Academy Award-winning film Flow.
- Please bring a laptop if you have one so you can download the free Blender software to use during instruction. If you do not have a laptop, you may use one of the Makerspace laptops. We need to know if you plan to use our laptop to assure we have enough to go around. (8 are available)

Instructor:
Donovan Canale has been working in television production since 1998, bringing decades
of experience in visual storytelling, technical production, and creative problem solving.
Since 2022, he has been an active volunteer at a makerspace, where he has gained hands-on
experience with a wide range of tools and equipment. Passionate about innovation and
education, Donovan thrives on helping others turn their creative ideas into reality,
whether through digital media, 3D printing, or hands-on fabrication. His expertise
and enthusiasm make him a dedicated mentor and resource for aspiring creators.
