Makerspace at Trinidad State
The Makerspace at Trinidad State is a community makerspace and small business incubator aiming to empower the economic and creative development of Trinidad's diverse community and its members through experiential learning, inclusive collaboration, radical knowledge sharing, and hands-on opportunities to explore new skills and knowledge.
Start-up businesses may use the equipment to create items to sell. A a membership
is required. You will need to provide your own supplies.
THE MAKERSPACE IS IN THE PROCESS OF MOVING TO THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE NEWLY RENOVATED FREUDENTHAL LIBRARY ON THE TSC CAMPUS. STAY TUNED FOR INFORMATION.
Membership Information
- Who can participate:
Open to the public AND Trinidad State College students/staff. - TSC students and staff: FREE with valid student ID
- Unlimited individual monthly usage: $15.00
- Unlimited family monthly usage: $40 (up to 4 people, $5 for each additional)
- One-time use: $5.00
- Seniors, 65 and older, $2.00 per visit or $10 per month
- Group use $15 per hour or negotiated rates for regularly scheduled use
- Free memberships are available for high school and home school students of high school age.

Workshops are free, but sign-up is required by calling 719-846-5724 or emailing donna.haddow@trinidadstate.edu. Supplies for projects will be provided.
Each workshop is limited to 6 people.
