Admissions Process

Ready to experience Trinidad State College?
Follow these simple steps to apply for admission.


  1. Apply for Admission (FREE!) and Scholarships
    Apply for scholarships at the same time you apply for admission.
    Fall Semester: September 1
    Spring Semester: January 5

  2. Portal
    Access your TSC Connect Portal once you receive your letter with your S number.  Instructions will be included and the portal will provide you with access to your individualized information.

  3. EAB Navigate
    Set-up your Educational Advisory Board (EAB) Navigate account.  Utilize the same username (S#) and password as your TSC Connect Portal to make an appointment with academic advisors to schedule classes.

  4. High School Transcripts
    (ONLY if you are applying for Financial Aid and/or Scholarships)
    Submit proof of graduation or high school transcripts. Have your high school send an official copy of your high school transcript at the time of application.

  5. College Transcripts
    (Only if you want to transfer in credits)
    Have any college transcripts sent. If you have enrolled in any college courses while attending high school, have each college send an official transcript to the Registrar Office prior to enrollment.

  6. Test Scores
    (ONLY if you are applying for Scholarships)

    Take the SAT on one of the national test dates. Have your scores sent to Trinidad State by entering the SAT college code number for Trinidad State’s, 4821, on the test registration form.
    - or -
    Trinidad State's ACT college code number is 0528. Take the ACT on one of the national test dates and have your results submit when you enter the Trinidad State’s code, when registering for the test.
     
  7. Immunization (For Residence Hall students ONLY)
    Have your doctor send a copy of your immunization record to Trinidad State College. Your record maybe on your high school transcript.
