Visit Our Newly Renovated Museum
Reopened as of February 12, 2026, the Louden-Henritze Archaeology Museum offers a fresh look at the area’s rich history. Explore millions of years of evolution and human culture through our curated collection of fossils and ancient artifacts.
On display are:
- Early geological formations
- Plant & marine-animal fossils
- A dinosaur track exhibit
- Artifacts pertaining to the culture, food, and tools of prehistoric man found during excavations in and around the Trinidad area
Location
The Louden-Henritze Archaeology Museum is located on the ground level of the Samuel Freudenthal Memorial Library on the Trinidad State College Campus.
