I’ve always believed that the best way to understand how something works is to get
your hands dirty and dive in. Whether it was during my time in the Marine Corps, running
my own business, or now in the classroom, I’ve found that technical skill is only
half the battle—the other half is mindset.
Currently, I’m an Associate Automotive Faculty Instructor in the Automotive Technology
Services program at Trinidad State College. My goal is to bridge the gap between textbook
theory and the real-world demands of the shop floor. Before moving into higher ed,
I spent years teaching CTE in K-12 schools and successfully built and managed my own
business from the ground up.
I bring a "veteran’s eye" for precision and an "owner’s eye" for efficiency to my
students every day. I’m passionate about empowering the next generation of technicians
to not only fix cars but to build sustainable, high-impact careers.
