Rae Schneider received a Master of Library and Information Science (MLIS) degree from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Art in History from Portland State University. Her work is driven by a passion for learning, a commitment to providing access to information, and supporting others in their educational pursuits.

Rae Schneider has experience in both academic and public libraries as a systems librarian and has previously worked as a digital services librarian, customer support engineer and product manager for library software companies. From these experiences, she has cultivated expertise in customer service, reference, acquisitions, cataloging, electronic resources, and library technologies.
