Using Veterans benefits for Summer NRA Courses

Many NRA Summer Classes are available for credit toward the Gunsmithing Technician Certificate.  Classes taken for credit are eligible for payment using financial aid, veterans benefits and Vocational Rehab.  Certain restrictions may apply.  Please talk to our financial aid office concerning your individual case:

Veterans benefits and Tools:
Effective January 1, 2020, tools for Gunsmithing/Summer NRA courses will not be eligible for reimbursement by the Veterans Administration. Students will be responsible for purchasing, and having available, the tools and materials listed in the description for each course in order to complete class projects. If you are unsure whether a particular tool is required to complete your project, please contact your instructor.

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT YOUR PARTICIPATION IN ALL HOURS OF CLASSES IS CRITICAL IF YOU ARE TAKING A CLASS FOR CREDIT.  FAILURE TO BE PRESENT THE ENTIRE WEEK OF CLASS CAN RESULT IN A DROP IN YOUR GRADE, WHICH IS RECORDED ON AN OFFICIAL COLLEGE TRANSCRIPT.
